I shook off the craving for a sweet drink one day, it was still with me the next day so I indulged. Great advice!

I do dry fast for 24 hours and feel great, no more hunger pains for me. Wet fasting would still make me hungry, dry fast never makes me hungry, this felt a little strange for me, still doing it and feel great all the time, I only eat if I feel very hungry, it doesn't happen until after every 24 hours. ❤

I don't have a bench, so I used a exercise ball to lie on and did the dumbell row. I think it's just as effective.

I'm 64 and I'm a diabetic and I've just been diagnosed with gout I'm not obese but I could stand to lose a few pounds What kind of diet should I be eating? My favorite foods are steak and shrimp which now I can no longer indulge :( I eat a lot of fish chicken and veggies already and usually eat only 1meal a day

I lost 4kg from 78kg in a month just by walking 1 hour to grab my lunch. It’s more effective than running 2-3 times a week

Do you have any videos on the difference between sugar and sugar alcohol. I'm finding a lot of things that claim to be sugar free will say something like "13g sugar alcohol"
@FitMotherProject
@FitMotherProject Күн бұрын
Thanks for writing in and great question! Sugar alcohols are treated like a fiber in your body. This basically means they are not digested. However, they can cause some GI distress and we still recommend not having too much of them throughout the day. Best of luck! -THe FMP Team

Hi, thank you for your clear explanation on what we should eat. Can i ask if we use pink salt in every flask of water or just mornings please? I have been following veg, carbs and protiene plates for a few days. I have read that we should eat 32oz of veg split between lunch and dinner, thats way too much for me in one day. On your plan, do you recommend 32oz of veg daily please. Thank you!
@FitMotherProject
@FitMotherProject Күн бұрын
Hi Vanessa, thanks for writing in! The general rule of thumb is 1/4tsp of PHSS for every gallon of water consumed. In terms of veggies, the more the merrier! You cannot have a limit and cannot overeat on them due to their fiber content. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

Thanks for writing in and great question! The exact amount will vary, depending on your current fitness level, age, intensity, etc. However, most of our members start with 10-20lbs; 10lbs for the smaller movements, 20lbs for the larger movements. But whatever weight challenges you to complete each set, is the right recommendation. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

What weight kettlebell should I use for these exercises?
@FitMotherProject
@FitMotherProject 3 күн бұрын
Great question! However, the answer will vary, depending on the individual, their strength, fitness level, etc. However, most of our female members use anywhere from 10-20lbs per KB. But the exact amount doesn't matter as much as choosing a weight that challenges you consistently. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

Thanks for writing in! This video CAN be used as a complete workout but is also intended to provide a library of tutorials. If looking to use this as a full workout, consider doing this 1-2x/week at most, doing a full-body version another 2-3x. Thanks for writing in! With a workout like this, you aren't necessarily looking for overload like your traditional strength routine. This routine is about speed (with good form of course!) and eventually increasing your weight when it feels a little too easy.
