7. Its genuinely gorgeous, but id never want to live there, the layout feels cramped even though its obviously not, and the marble floors throughout look expensive, not inviting. Its still beautiful, just not a family home

If one can get past that frankly dismal, non cohesive exterior, the interior is absolute perfection. Not thrilled that the sump pump is exposed but that can be disguised rather simply. The terraces make up for ANY of the perceived shortcomings.

Nice channel: Good work However, as a potential buyer, all of the bells and whistles of a renovated home is not the most important thing many look for. The location, the demographic of the people that live in that area is the MOST IMPORTANT that is missing here. A gentrified area has more perks by the way.
