It is a nice item, but what I don't understand is that there is a 2,000 ltr. water heater standing right beside it. Most polytapernks stand completely unprotected, like thevone here, somewhere on top of a tower/roof and are permanently heated by the sun to an average temperature of 30-35 degrees Celsius or more. I know a lot of people who complain that the shower is not refreshing anymore and they wish a much cooler shower. So why do I need a water heater on top???

To emphasise the error brought about by our 'expert' land buyer, please see if you will be able to show the extra cost that was brought about by that purchase if comparable build at foundation was on a sound piece of land. The difference will at least show the importance of site visit before committing to the purchase.

I agree, main gate should be on main street, on the side street can have an extra small exit. If the stream Road is quite, then a small exit will be OK but main one on main.
