Get those “ Kaner” jerseys ready Utah fans!!! I don’t know who he plays for now but when he played for Chicago the arena was packed with hockey fans from Phoenix wearing “ Kaner”‘jerseys. That’s what they called him. An endearment, I suppose…..Let’s go “ Kaner”!!!

Kel'el Ware should be the pick if he somehow falls to 22 the whole front office and Coach Bud should sprint to the podium to draft this kid because his talent and athleticism is undeniable!

DT's comments were taken out context by the media at large. On top of that, there are more eyes on the W (largely because of Clark, yes), but a lot of those eyes aren't familiar with the compete level, aggressiveness, and level of play that the W puts out year after year. Clark in the W is huge and she's going to be a star, but also, give some respect to the women who have built this league and are world class athletes.

You are quite delusional thinking the Cardinals will amount to anything with one of the worst front offices in the league. They sign 3 rookie free agents when the Rams and Seahawks sign 15+ each is a problem that needs to be addressed before this team has a chance for another post season run in their future.
@Johnnycash23_11 сағат бұрын
They had the most additions in the draft also bud lots of young guys. Also kiem is gone monti is a diamond in the rough.
@BeyondAgenuis8 сағат бұрын
@@Johnnycash23_ Yes we had a lot of additions in the draft but with those picks they just added a lot of mediocre players, how did they not learn from last year drafting two CBs again this year and not capitalizing on guys like Kamari Lassiter or Cooper DeJean instead of below average talent. Darius Robinson was a wasted first round pick on a rotational player if we’re lucky. And their no excuse for dropping the ball on rookie free agency that was stacked this year, their were first team all American players not drafted the Burlsworth Trophy Winner undrafted and they think the cardinals could have the least amount of rookie FA signed in the division was a smart idea is mind boggling.

Ryan Smith sees himself as a caretaker for the team and not the egocentric owner. He surrounds himself with people smarter than him and listens to what they say. The reason the Jazz are struggling is he is letting the people who are in charge have power to do their jobs

If Clark fails the WNBA fails so yeah these circumstances are way different tbh I have 0 interest in watching mercury games this year I only tune into the W for Clark so if the W keeps allowing this then I’m not gonna care for the W and I’m sure many others feel the same

Trade nurk or allen. Until then not serious team. Defense relying on those 2 is reason suns are just eh. Suns way behind after watching wolves beat denver n luka destroy them.

I think edey will surprise, he seems to me like an intelligent player and a student of the game. I think he will adapt and evolve. Filipowski reminds me of frank kaminsky. Good offensively but not what the suns need on defense. Holmes is hard to project. You can tell he's a basketball junkie and really studies the game. Maybe like a zach randolph with ball skills and a three point shot? I wouldn't play him at center though, i think he'd be a great power forward. Regarding yves missi, i think flex is wrong. He reminds me of antonio mcdyess before his knee injury. Springy, explosive powerful athlete that can rebound and block shots. I do also kind of see the clint capela comp. Actually, adem bona reminds me of bismack biyombo the most. Ware won't be there as he's moved up close to the lottery. We may have a shot at missi but his stock is rising too. So most likely between holmes and filipowski. Holmes is better athletically and defensively. Missi or holmes.

*Ayton's outstanding play in 2021-22 was making a case for strong All-Star consideration until he suffered a severe ankle injury that knocked DA out for extended weeks leading to the ASG , fans forget*
@Ioofah11 сағат бұрын
What does that have to do with effort? We all know DA is a skilled player, not all bigs 15+ ppg & 10+ rebounds game on good efficiency. It was just the lack of effort when times was tough in the playoffs that the fans got tired of. The DA we saw in the finals runs was 100% locked in DA, dude was diving for lose balls, swatting shots left & right, running the floor on the break, beating AD silly.

Should take holmes, if he is there. Take evey if he is there. Either of the 2 rim runners, but probably won't be there.

We don't need to trade allen. We just need to draft well and fill the weak spots on our roster with skilled and athletic guys. Tyler kolek is nash- like and that's no exaggeration given his skills. Yves missi could give us the size and athleticism of ayton but with better defense and motor but less offense. Ryan dunn can bring the same energy ,length, athleticism and defense of bridges without offense out ( yet). There are many others. This draft we aren't necessarily looking for another star or all-star at 22. There are potential elite role and rotation players to be found in this draft.

I think to some degree its going to be hard for U of A fans to have the full perspective on what the consensus was. There was too much emotion there and it was an echo chamber among some of their fans. I think Gerald is a bit more correct on what consensus was nationally. I think Luka going later than 2nd has more to do with GMs being bad at their jobs than any sort of consensus on him. I do get Saul's argument though. Throwing DA at most franchise altering is pretty harsh given he wasn't a total bum, but if Luka continues at this trajectory it becomes more about who he is and less about who DA is.

Florida has more PIM per game than any team in the playoffs aside from the Islanders during their first round exit, and Boston. Not a good combination with Edmonton’s power play.
