You’d have to be brave as well as extremely foolish to make a sanding disk like that. I don’t know the speed of a cd when playing but angle grinders will be about 10-13,000 rpm. If the cd bursts there will be shrapnel all over the area.

Sure cds can handle the speed angle grinders spin. But they aren't designed to be used for cutting and sanding. Get the proper disc for what you need to use the grinder for. When that cd shatters it could severely injure you, not worth the risk.
