I don't know if there's any cheat sheet for flexi alignments, but you are able to change a lot of the hotkeys yourself so that might be why. I've got it all set on the defaults and just about memorized them all by now, but a cheat sheet would be sweet!

Check into Reolink cameras. We have all our machines on camera. Between that and team viewer, it makes life so much easier. The Reolink cameras are dirt cheap if you get the POE wired kit

Always love seeing the shop in motion, John. I would recommend on a sign like the "Mike Alicia" one, to trim out the background white a bit more so you don't waste so much ink. Looks like the artboard was a square instead of the shape of the sign. Awesome work all week, as always.

Do you still use the vinyl application table with the laminator roller that you built? Curious to see how it is holding up as we just started building our own. Thanks for your channel!

Beautiful work and design!! 👏👏👏 😊Questions: 1. What vinyl and lamination are using for the wall decal? 2. Where can you get the decide for the heat gun? Thank you 🙏

Man, you guys are making a killing with these school printings. The schools look so much nicer with all the signage as well. I'm sure the teachers and staff take pride in how well their school looks after you're done. Must feel good, not only getting business, but making a difference in the community as well. Awesome job!

I run a quick 10mm x 10mm rectangle when trying to work out power and speed settings on new materials. I also use cardboard to prototype designs. Thanks for sharing, I would like a fiber or CO2 galvo laser one day.

Where are you currently sourcing metal business cards? They seem to be very hit or miss when trying to order the thicker cards.

How do you like your workhorse? We got one recently and I find with a single flashback multicolor jobs still take way too long. Two flash dryers seem a must for efficiency. Somehow I imagined multi color jobs to be way faster than they are in reality.

I have but it is quite difficult and you have to space the decals so far apart that there is a lot of waste. I need a flatbed summa.

I love Substance vinyl especially 440/444 LSE mainly for floor graphics. Have you had any luck before with it for textured walls? I can only assume there will be some bridging, or pullback, due to it being a calendar and not cast vinyl.
@smalltownink
@smalltownink 16 күн бұрын
It works quite well on textured walls. The bridging isn’t as bad as you would think. Even the Arlon high tack has some pull back to it.

Hey my friend, good job! I loved the black wall. I did the same in my live room but in my case the color was graffiti, almost the same of black. So, my first impression was the room got shrinked but I enjoyed that even though. Thank you for sharing yor framework, I really enjoyed that! My big Hi from São Paulo, Brazil and Peace!!!!

You have lots of columns, I’d be tempted to paint or wrap them! If it was me I might try CMYK bars at a slight angle wrapping up each or the columns. Then leave the surround accent walls.
@smalltownink

That CMYK concept is dope. I would keep the columns in white maybe so you could wrap them with some designs instead of a solid color. Shop is looking more and more organized though. that matte black paint came out really nice. Hopefully it doesn't make the shop too dark in the back for working.
