Hi! The horizontal lines represent your guitar strings. At the bottom you have the 6th string, which is the lowest E and at the top your higher string, the higher E. The numbers you are seeing are telling you which fret to play on each string. If you see more than one number on the same "vertical" position it means that you have to play those notes together, otherwise you read them one after the other horizontally from left to right. The number "0" represent the open string, when you see it, you have to play that string open. If you have more questions do not hesitate to reach out via mail, you can find it in my KZfaq Channel info section. Good luck!
