What happens when Tony White gets his HC Job and takes John Butler w him. Lololo.
@DeBa122624 күн бұрын
They need an Offensive Line coach and a Coach who can recruit 4 & 5 Star talent, before a new defensive coordinator. In fact all our defense needs is a defensive backfield coach, as we got beat with the long ball all season long.

I just came here to remind you: Yeah, we lost a gifted talent scout and recruiter. Matt can find more recruiters and talent scouts. Now he can hire them as deep as he has the budget, they can coach and do all the things. NCAA is going to get even more silly with this stuff. He needed a guy to put the DBs back in good hands and give us "Plan A" for White's succession. THAT was the hard fill, and Coach Rhule did not disappoint. He had his shit together and made a top-tier executive decision.

All the coaches for Rhule have been hitting it HARD, and Evan is no exception. There is absolutely a world where Evan's family put him on notice they needed husband and father more than they needed the paycheck, all the things, plus the empty seat at the table. And that's a world where Matt would 100% have said, "you go take care of your own, we got this." I wish Evan all the best!

Okay..look at trevs past, I said this from the beginning, he's a quitter, look at his time in NFL, UNO, when times get hard he runs. I was criticized in the beginning when I mentioned all this crap, I was looking like a hater..Hmmm. it's not board of regents, he is truly not a leader period!
@painter6622 ай бұрын
Between 2010-2014, 7 of 8 regents changed. And the incoming class exists to this day. Shortly after that change over musical chairs at the University began. Coaches started having their contracts renewed 6 months before getting fired. I think 5 AD’s 4 coaches… in football, 3 in baseball? 3 in basketball… that’s your instability right tgere
@jfrancis27682 ай бұрын
I think they have a point here, but i also think its the boosters that ousted Frank Solich and Bo Polinni, both coaches won 8-9 games a year, got bowl games but the boosters demanded what Osbourn produced, ignoring that Osbourn took a while to get to where he was in the 90s also, I think they're WAY WAY WAY to overbearing, just a theory though

My only disagreement with you and the Ryiola case is, he played in two states that is big on football Texas and Georgia which are high on defensive recruits. The pressure he had to see though,class A, was a good. Yet like u say, scrimmage game etc. I feel like the game was a showcase of hey we have a good QB class.
@philspear733 ай бұрын
Another thought: don't remember seeing any fumbles like we did last year. That's gotta be encouraging.
@NKA07133 ай бұрын
Yeah that was honestly the biggest thing to look for besides QB play. But man I’m worried about our kicking game
@philspear733 ай бұрын
Agree more with Gabe, Raiola was making throws the other guys weren't. That said it was like 7 on 7. I'm still skeptical Satterfield will use everyone to their fullest potential, he's still a so-so play caller. All in all just another scrimmage that doesn't reveal much.
@felix-tp2qi3 ай бұрын
They all need more work. Anointing Raiola king is way premature. Lets see how he reacts after getting punched in the face.

Guy on the right thats what we have RUNING BACKS for is to run the ball.
@HuskerPower973 ай бұрын
"Desind runs" Tell me when was the last time having a runing QB payed off for us? They always get injured and/or are not able to provide the winni g drive. "Run to avoid pressure" bro all I need my QB to do is, be able to scramble to give his WR that extra 2-3 seconds to get open. Or to get 3-5 yards if nothing is open. I dont need him to go run full speed for 15-30 yards and hurt himself.
@Slimebry43 ай бұрын
He’s going to run like Mahomes always keeps his head down field until he has to run he knows what to do with the ball
@garypierce73803 ай бұрын
Raiola is gonna run....just like he did....out of bounds or get a few yards and slide. I think Haarberg is the perfect #2 and I'd get him into the game whenever it's possible in order to get Raiola off the field....hopefully we're successful enough to do that and keep everyone healthy. I still think we aim to redshirt Kaelin.

He's acting like Raiola has never been under pressure as a qb. The kid played at some of the best HS football teams in the country. He didn't get those stats in HS never being under any pressure.

What a negative Nancy. Also the 2 QB system doesn't work . Dylan is the clear #1, HH is #2 and Danny will red shirt, I can see us bring in a portal QB as the backup , not sold on HH he had some questionable throws. Also Rhule said we a going to be a pro offense and not an option team. This is not the 90's and there was some really bad takes in this video.
@christianeckert85733 ай бұрын
Haarberg looked much better in his passing at the spring game, that extra dynamic of qb run that Haarberg brings to the table can make things interesting. As was noted, several defensive starters weren't playing at the spring game so we don't know how Raiola reacts to pressure, I am guessing he will be fine. I think I will have to trust the coaches to make the right decision. Haarberg threw pretty well too, so bringing packages with Haarberg could make defenses think because of how fast he is. I do think they could also use some formations where both Haarberg and Raiola are on the field at the same tiem. of course this was very vanilla because it is the spring game.
@beebers993 ай бұрын
With our luck, Raiola starts year, gets hurt in game 4 or 5, and someone else finishes the season.
@beebers993 ай бұрын
The D line wasn't going hard on pass plays vs. RIAOLA. It was like 7 on 7. But he looked good. All QBs did. Even the 4th stringer.
@kokobeatz72223 ай бұрын
Raiola is for sure the guy HH looked most improved. And I feel confident with him as a backup. And I honestly think there’s instances where he comes in and runs some plays. We have the best QB room now than we’ve had for the past 2 decades easily.
