I used to get these confused all the time. The way I explain it is: microdrop sets are 60drops/ml because it takes 60 tiny micro drops to add up to the ml. Whereas the macrodrip set is 10drops/ml (it only takes 10 big macro drops to fill up a ml). Hope this helps!
