My head-cannon for the first few scenes was that the documentary was actually about the fall of Lincoln Clay, and Maguire was actually going through Dementia during recording. The crew would be confused, but rolled with it until the film crew intervened along with the medical staff tell him that no, none of what he’s said has actually happened. So Maguire is just left stunned, confused and ultimately sad at his failing memory.

I got one that said that Sal was able to finish building his casino. Then Giorgi was recently able to sell it for 1.5B dollars
