This is awful. A lot of people in these replies forget that some people, most dont, but some people have very bad reactions to marijuana. It is entirely possible to get a high so bad you repress memory of it it if the supply is tainted or concentrated to severe enough levels, like with any other hallucinogenic substance. If you can black out from a high enough concentration of capsaicin, you can black out from anything dosed high enough. Plenty of people do stupid and cruel shit while high even without blackouts, of course.

There are certain things that made Portland an amazing place to grow up when I was a kid: OMSI, The Children's Museum, The Little Britches Rodeo at Alpenrose, skating at Oaks Park, Saturday Market, Milk Carton Boat Races and, certainly not least, The Zooliner. We've let a lot of these things become disheveled and slip away. I agree with this group that Portland should move in the opposite direction by taking better care of what we have and bringing back some of what's been lost. I applaud them for doing something about it.

Maybe lab personnel should get the raise and more staff since they are the key to a doctors diagnosis..
