yes, it takes seconds to set up and people are mad when they see me do it.. even when I did last recording there were couple using other tent they spent about 15 minutes to set it up..

It's pretty simple, as I said, pushing all the way until you hear click. Then I try to pull it out. If I can't, that means it's locked in. I will need to check if that latchbolt not moving the key Will turn or not.

I checked so if you can't turn key that will probably be because the locking latch stock. Try to slide the battery back and forward at the same time to turn key

Hey, thanks for your replies. I ended up getting a consistent click by putting my bike lock between the back of the mount and the front edge of the seat, pushing the battery toward the back of the bike while using the back of the bike seat as leverage. Unlocking requires a couple firm slaps on the battery from the rear toward the front to get it off.

I recommend using some red Loctite on the 3 bolts that hold the mount to the frame. And when putting on the battery I give it a quick jerk until I hear the click. And yes to remove it, it usually takes a couple good bumps forward to disengage the battery.
