Lecce is definitely on the list for an upcoming video. Unfortunately not a 7% town though. Yes I think there are some interesting properties there for sure.

Thank you for this information. Your videos are well done, and very informative. As my wife are looking at settling down in Sud Italia in the next couple of years for good, this is really giving us some good information to help us in this process. Keep it up!!!

Your videos are very well done! A couple of things. In Europe, the first floor is what we would consider the second floor so the first property show is actually on the first floor. The other thing to note is virtually impossible to get a mortgage in Italy for a for a national. If you were able to get a mortgage, it would most likely be a 50% down payment

Interesting! Thank you for the info. I will look into the second point on getting mortgages and percent down required in Italy for an immigrant. I believe you but just would like to look at the data (if it's discoverable).

The artificial voiceover is way too annoying. Is your own voice worse that you can’t narrate?

Nice video! Cisternino is a gem of a town, maybe too small for some but so beautiful with a great view from the hilltop. A great place if you look for peace and quiet.

The male A/I voiceover was a bit annoying and discouraged my interest to the properties being introduced. Try same video with -female- artificial voiceover. That might be an improvement.

I agree. He's selling properties in Italy and can't pronounce the towns correctly. The info is good tho.
