I was a patient in their birth center just Recently, They were nice, but I felt judged a little bit. And the nursing staff was very loud at night. I couldn't really sleep that well. And when I would go out to walk around I would see them all on their phones or chatting loudly. I was grateful for what they did for me and my baby and 2 of my friends also shared a similar experience like me. I would be alittle more aware of the people that are trying to rest in the rooms after giving birth. But that is a good hospital.

Thank you! I have exaccerbated my osteo arthritis by going from 0 to 100 in the garden and using power tools that I have to squeeze and that have a lot of vibration. I didn't understand what I did, didn't know if I've now got carpel tunnel syndrome or if it's the arthritis. This was so helpful to understand and to prevent.

I injured my left lats after doing deadlifts at the gym and tried so many stretches to try and hit the injured spot and they did help but nothing like this stretch - this stretch is easy, convenient and hits the spot 100%! Thankyou so much 🙏

You wouldn't imagine the struggle I've had in life trying to figure out my low back pain. I studied the iliopsoas, the SI joint, the hip flexors, and low back exercises before I realized there was this persistent little knot on my left side between my shoulder blades that preexisted the back pain. The whole left column of muscles in my back was so tight they would cramp if you poked them. This was a result of my latissimus dorsi being extremely tight and causing the low back pain, tight middle back, and shoulder blade pain. This stretch pulls everything on left side tight as a rope all at once. It's incredible. Im going to do this every day and see what happens. I've had chronic pain for over 10 years that has restricted my range of movement.

@@RohanThakur-ze8ix tons better. Balancing imbalances in my upper back and restoring range of motion in my hips helped almost restore that area.

The first time, you brought the stretching side foot forward, the second time, it was the opposite. Which is correct?

Could not find a better doctor - compassionate, great listener, easy to talk to, prepared for appointments, knowledgeable. Diagnosed a major ailment I had when no one else could - even the experts. Luckily, he is also my husband’s doctor. We are both very lucky to know him and have him as our PCP.
