So cool that you posted this I have looked everywhere for these plans. I ended up building a compound cheese press like the one gifted to Gavin Webber by one of his viewers. I haven't used it yet because I don't have a cheese cave yet HA. I will build one of these also and compare the two. Anyway thanks for posting this wish it was up a full year ago, I must of built the other one right before you posted this video haha. I think once free to use plans have been posted all claims to ownership are forfeited. At least that's how it used to be. Thanks again for sharing your video.

Now that I watched one being built it looks easy. I think one more board at the bottom would be a good idea. You need to make a birthing stall also.
