Oh no :( it looks like a damage by fault of lubrication by oil trought a oil distributions to a lubricated friction surfaces (connecting rod versus bearing in the piston). A frequent cause is clogging with dirt. Is it possible that the piston was already weakened after the previous damage to the engine and its subsequent repair... Try to announce a fundraiser for a new engine from fans Mr. Sobolev ;) This Volvo engine makes mi bad impression from the beginning in your videos :/

well.. unlucky.. but i hope all be fine. p.s. how much Amp you have on your home power grid? If 63A you can get hook to it with 4mm wire and same convector bridge(don't forget to add some caps to it) Old soviet 2x 400v bipolar connected in line(not parallel)

Et puis pourquoi pas un camping car sans trop de modification pour ne pas dénaturer l'original, en France il y a beaucoup de monde qui achètent des cars et les transforment en camping car en passant par 2 homologations, d'abord camion à 9 places puis camping car VASP, véhicule de loisirs

Ah oui, c'est intéressant quel statut à ce véhicule dans vôtre pays et avec quel type de permis on peut le conduire, ça serait intéressant de l'améliorer avec une petite réserve des batteries pour le rendre hybride de manière à pouvoir le conduire avec le moteur thermique ou sans avec la récupération de l'énergie au freinage, dans votre histoire j'ai vue vos problème avec le compresseur, vous pouvez rajouter un sur la courroie d'accessoires du groupe électrogène, j'adore votre passion, j'aime ça depuis mon jaune âge, actuellement je suis technicien en industrie en ponts roulants et je mettrise bien la variation en fréquence pour les moteurs triphasé, je mettrais ça à la place des anciens et ça devient brushless.

We're saying goodbye to these very soon in Vilnius, new ones are already coming to our town. We're not very proud to still have them in operation, cause most of them is in a quite bad condition which is sad, i personally blame our town for such a bad condition. 😒 However they will be missed, such a nostalgia. Btw, i still remember Škoda 9tr, i miss them so much, those were the oldest trolleybus'es we had, you could get def while riding one of them 😂 What was amazing about them is that you could always warm up very fast in them at winter time. Egh, good times... 🥹

As far as I remember, the two left boards are quite related, they provide supply for the the part of the electronics on the traction potential (connected to the current sensor resistors,...; from the 24V battery). These blown out capacitors may lead to insufficient power, so incorrect operation of the rest of the controller...

Дружище, ориентировался бы ты на русскоговорящую аудиторию - были бы и подписчики и просмотры) Из англоговорящих такая техника мало кому знакома, а вот для меня, например, как и для многих моих сограждан из СНГ и СССР - это тралик из детства) да и контент реально интересный. У нас здесь под боком самая длинная горная междугородняя троллейбусная линия в мире - 82км)) и звук тр14 прям то, что надо.. да ещё и едет куда хочешь, в твоём исполнении

Have you some problem with speedometer? It looks like a instrument of KMGY company from Hungary :) this type was also used in many vehicles like Karosa, Liaz, Ikarus, Tatra, etc... in middle Europe vehicles production 😉 greetings from Slovakia 👋

Hi. First of all you need to replace those dead caps(same or more capacity) and only then search for issue. p.s. on my personal experience there may be big pulsation on control boards bc of bad caps and so the result is slow response from motor control

Salut, j'adore ce que tu fais, j'ai toujours aimer depuis tout petit m'intéresser aux transports en commun ferroviaire ou autre surtout électrique, j'ai le baccalauréat électrotechnique 1983 avec profile spécialisé mécanique autoà Bucarest en vue de élargir les transports électriques. Ne serait il possible d'adapter des batteries pour optimiser la régénération au freinage ? Et que le groupe électrogène puisse tourner aux régimes variable ?

Ive just come across this build and im loving the series Just an idea came to my mind why you didnt build some king of trailer, put the generator on it and it being dragged by the bus itself on the back ?
