Wrong! For a cartwheel you need your legs all the way up in the air and hit the split

I've always felt that you could use a hoop as a weapon in martial arts, I've seen multiple martial arts movies in which it was used as such. I've spent many years trying to see if that style of martial arts really exist, I would very much like to learn it
