Sometimes you need to force quit your device because it’s frozen and won’t respond - but ok sure mostly I agree.

I live alone. I was an only child. Being alone comes naturally to me. Perhaps I'm more like a Buddhist than I thought. You never know. Could be. Lol.

George Washington once said "it is better to be alone, then to be in bad company.. yes, I love my company especially when learning new things and have to have alone time or I will become unhinged! Now that the kids are grown I've indulged in myself.. getting my motorcycle rubber side down and since I now crave knowledge and learning and new expirences.. wish my brain functioned this way when I was a teenager! ✌️

As Buddhist. I found myself love to be solitary. I use normal life, doing own business. Not seeking for spouse and no GF for 10 years already. Now I never have a feeling of seeking for soulmate anymore. And feeling of loneliness is zero. Just like when never have it, so you will not crave for it.

In the past fifteen (15) years I have lived in utter and complete, solitude. During this time, I have experienced the opening of my mind, body and spirit - As well, I have understood lonliness. Also, I have created many works of art, spent times of rest and restlessness. Gone through phases of anger, guilt, happiness, love, contentment and even contemplated, why? Make no mistakke, being alone, is naught for the weak!

What is the difference between simplicity and mindfulness?
@wisdomdirections7 күн бұрын
Simplicity is about reducing life's complexities and focusing on what truly matters. Mindfulness is being fully present in the moment. Together, they can lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Loneliness, unpleasant feelings or fear are concepts of the mind. Mind itself does not exist therefore everything else is empty. Now is all that matters because tomorrow may not come.
