Yes it`s a spare we had, right around the holidays both our trucks get sent for vehicle inspection. We actually have the same spare in our house now.

Depends how much your willing to put into the car. You can find one basically stock in good condition for around 20k$ A well done single turbo for around 30k$ Parts for the car are found everywhere as it shares much of itself with the Lexus sc300`s. Cost money to keep them well done. Biggest turn off from a buy would be problems in the electrical system. JDM vs US also a factor, myself I prefer the JDM, they are less beaten up and better taken car of. Mine is from New Zealand.

our cars are pretty much identical. same tire setup.... but i got a 12.5 :p

Btw, I did need a spacer at the front, otherwise they would have touched the brake caliper. Also I've put longer wheel studs in because the nuts would have had very little thread to hold on to. Also, nice drag video. I might try that in the near future :)

Hey, thats nice! Mine are 17". I got them with the Supra when I bought it from the importer, but it came with the stock 17" rims. I've had the Crimson ones refurbished and sprayed in the original color. I did modify the Centre caps a little to make it look OEM Toyota.

Yes they are, they were on the car when i purchased it. I looked them up and they r authentic Japan make, apparently very rare too. That's why I've decided not to change them in favour of 19" rims. What size r yours and do you know where they were bought?

@JUSTEATYOURFISH As rubber I have 245 40 17 on the rear, Bridgestone Potenza High perfor. tire wear rating is 140, so they`re very soft tires. I just finished them off in 2 summers. The new Potenza 760s are a little harder, tire wear is 260, so they will last longer but stick less, on rear i now have 255 40 17`s. We should be going to the track soon, so I`ll be posting more video soon. :) cheers.

Its legal, but since April 2009, you can't register them anymore. The government put a moratorium on the right handers so you cant get them inspected. The ones that are on the road and plated before that date are legal, and will remain so. We've got a few car clubs here, ours included SupraQuebec, that are actively protesting that ruling. Everywhere else in Canada its still legal to have them newly plated.
