Firstly. There are males occasionally but they are sterile. Secondly. Exoterras are NOT suitable for hatchlings as they can escape from the gap between the side and front panels. Best to try and remove them into a large jar. The best way to do this is to glue a cup (with small ventilation holes) around the eggs (if on the glass), or move the piece of decor the eggs are attached to.

I want to add something. I breed mourning geckos, the Exo Terra’s are easy for hatchlings to escape from. The doors have a small gap; they easily slide out of it. I made that mistake and almost lost one! Please be mindful of ALL possible escapes in your enclosures when keeping them!

Please check your facts. I think that starfish are echinoderms and not annelids. Earthworms are annelids.

@@briton3851 this might actually be much better than feeding rats. I know it seems cruel, but whatever we choose to feed carnivorous naimals its always gona be a bit morbid.

They're cute. Just hate how fast they are. I started with 2, now I have 8. I keep mine at room temp so mine take more 100-120 days to hatch. For some reason, they keep eating 1 egg, then leaving 1 egg to hatch. So I would have had more babies if they didn't do that. But so far 2 are egg laying, and 5 are still babies. though the 1 is coming up to being a year old she still doesn't look big enough yet to have her own eggs.
