Usually no higher than a 700,000 ranking. Also, it depends how many copies are available and what other sellers are selling that particular book or item for.

Danny DeCarlo (Straight Satan member), known amongst the women as “Donkey Dan,” was about the only one who drank and he was a daily day drinker up until Charlie started up with the Helter Skelter plot, then he left. He preferred knives because they were quiet, but once he got into the White album, he became paranoid and delusional the Beatles were sending him messages. And began stockpiling weapons.
