In the 70s I had a great band in LA...every once in awhile our guitar player would get really fucked up before a gig..usually happened at a party etc...but when we got bounced out of the Starwood it was hard not to get pissed...he couldn't play a fucking chord..it was crazy...

The sound right BEFORE the guitar hits the cymbal sounds like quickly sliding the pick along the strings (like the end of the Wayne's World theme). That tuning into slide into crash makes those few seconds sound like the intended end of a song.

Listen close. That guitar player sucks, big egotistical baby. Its way too common in guitarists, i play guitar and it seems like all of them think they can learn a couple metallica riffs and suddenly theyve mastered the instrument. Control the controllables folks, worry about your own job. If your drummers got a drinking problem kick him from the band and move on. Never take somebody in in any facet, and try to change them. Take them as they are or let them go, you cant change them
