@@blueoceanengineering sir I want discuss a issue with you about a motor this is a induction motor problem is that it's coupling side bearing temperature rize. Already we replace bearing Check the run out of shaft Resize the bearing housing Electrical side and all electrical parameter are ok. Motor rizing it's temperature with out load.even un coupled.

@@muneer520ahmad3 okay, pls tell me do you do for balancing rotor after check run out shaft ? You must do balancing rotor, temperature raise while no load are one of problem cause from unbalance, you can try it.thanks

@@blueoceanengineering we did not send rotor for balancing because run out value is 0.02 only so we think run out is ok.that mean no any bend in rotor or shaft.and other thing while running this motor vibration only 1 m/s*2 this vibration is very good in limit.so we did not think that rotor become unbalance.

@@muneer520ahmad3 change dimension or resize bearing housing make motor unbalance problem, u must solve this problem first.
