Ziva(my rottie) and i were coming home from shopping. she saw another dog, got reved up. we got home and were unloading the truck. woman and dog came down the street. Ziva reacted, caught me off guard, and took me down. she immediately went full protective. wasn't going to let anyone near me. a neighbor told that fact later. Z was next to me staying between me and "the threat." i got back together, calmed her. they may surprise you.

Absolutely beautiful dog ❤️ I just picked up my 8 week old male puppy, I usually get females but wanted a change and hopefully with me only weighing 98 lbs at 55 years old my big boy won’t run me over 😆 thank you for sharing, looks like your boy has a wonderful life 😊

Belgian was faster and seemed like he had more fight in him, rottie was physically bigger and stronger, in an actual fight, Belgian could tire him out and due to speed get him and defeat him, that’s how it seems to me

Awww so cute!!! I love rotties so much! I have a dog (he’s mix breed, we were told he’s a German sheprador but it’s obviously part boxer too) and he does the second growl/grumble as the second one! He does it playfully or affectionately, it’s almost always followed by a little sneeze lol
