Aloha Juliana, Yes, I think prices will continue to increase. Part of what makes our busy summer season busy is the military transition. There will be some military folks selling, but it's been my experience that there's more military/VA buyers buying every year than selling. That adds to the supply demand imbalance.

The luxury market has been really healthy for the last year, but really became more active after the first of the year. The "normal" market has also been much more active since the first of the year.

@@pollyroger8008 I think investors are taking a wait and see approach with the end of the eviction and mortgage moratorium looming. Now that a vaccine is being rolled out and the economy appears to have better days ahead, aggressive investors will be out looking for value properties. Investors are buying in other markets not as dependent on air travel tourism.

Aloha Zach, There's some good initial indicators in the most recent stat report, but too early to tell for sure. It also depends on what "Market" you're talking about. Some sub markets (neighborhoods, price bands) are doing very well, while others are suffering. I'll be happy to provide any specific information you need to help with your plans.
