Thank you for posting this, i have query regarding one of the use case mentioned in the video time 39:38, this response is need to be a session message since we are sending this as a response to customer queries, but this message contains buttons and list, can it possible to create a session message with this list and buttons??

The use case has template and session message both. So, the one which in the start is Template message & the messages after 'Wait until chat response' are Session messages. Session message can only have text/video/image/document but in Template message we can have combination of text with video/image/document/button.

@@shikshasoni83 thank you. The in general the template message can be used in any place regardless of inbound chat or wait until response, but session messages can be only used after the inbound chat irrespective of wait until response. This is correct right??

Hello, i have an issue with the SFTP because in Automation Studio i have the following error : "We couldn’t connect to your external FTP. Check your credentials and try again." Everything seems to be well done, as i followed this video, except this connexion error. I don't understand where it comes from, could you maybe enlight me with your insights ? Thanks in advance.

What is your thoughts on using HTML vs template/amp script? I have experience in Eloqua using htmls. And my new company uses SFMC and Salesforce support deploy their email. Now I have to take on the execution but not sure if I ask my agency to create html or use template based instead ? if that’s easier to leverage Einstein features? Thanks

Nice video. But this is not secured. Like I have been tasked to make a preference center now. I had to partially mask the PII items like mobile, workphone email etc. I designed almost same way as in your one. But the challenge is if they just want to change their optin status only not other info( remember in input field there is only a*** masked (not the actual value of mobile). Now when I click update button along with updating status , its updating mobile field too with all *** which is not correct. How to stop that? My javascript script page is different and this html and ampscript page is different.
