It starts at 1:00 in and relates to the Gateway plug. If you find that yours doesn't fit in the AC gateway plug then you'll want to follow this other video's instructions for how to connect the gateway plug underneath the steering wheel instead. Hope this helps!

Backup camera not working. “AVM camera 0/1/2 signal lost” but sometimes camera works like original BMW software. But the radio has another software on top that doesn’t get the camera feed. Seems it just needs correct input settings. Can you help?

First I received the unit which was not even turned on at all. They found out the problem a week later after I communicated with them. They resent a wiring harness three weeks later. I installed the unit again. It powered up but showed "SRS Airbag system malfunction visit your dealer " displaying all the time in my car dash board. Also the reverse camera was not function at all. They offered to resend another wiring harness again. I had no confidence in them anymore. I decided to return the unit to get full refund due to above issues. Obviously the product they sent was not compatible with my car even though I sent all my vehicle information and pictures before I purchased. They refused to pay the shipping fee CAD $179 to send it back. According to their return policy: If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. I am very disappointed with their dishonest with their return policy. Also I am unsatisfactory with their technical support. I paid twice for the installation fee , return shipping fee and custom fee total about CAD $350 and spent lots of time on communicating with them about two and half months. All the money and time I spent for nothing. So frustrated!!!
