The board the WM sits on seems to be recessed from the top of the 4 side panels/edges. How is that created? How is the base panel attached to the sides to support the weight without collapsing. Thank-you.

Ok. I think I figured out. The edges at the top are separate strips of plywood etc. The plywood base sits on top of the 1x4 side panels. Hope that is correct.

Clever solution. My company has been at work on a PAPR with an all in one design monocoque manifold. It has Lithium ion with smart charging onboard. Our aim is a PAPR that's more accessible to the DIY crowd. When we have certification, would you be willing to give it a try to compare? Its called MicroClimate Air3.

Gary, Awesome video but I think I will need to watch it a few more times to fully understand what you were doing with this. I like your zero clearance tweak. It just makes more sense. If you haven't already, could you make a taper jig video using the Micro Jig system? Best regards.

Hello Gary! I have the same bandsaw and the Porter Cable riser kit. Did it increase your saw capacity to 105½" blade length or 105" blade lenght? As I said I have the same saw and riser kit. But have yet to install it on my saw. Thanks!

Well done -- Thanks! HF now offers sort of an upgraded version (basically identical except knobs are black now), Bauer 20105E-B in a black and red box and still low cost, especially on sale. These are really well made and powerful robust bargains (Gems for sure).

Very helpful. I’ve been looking to confirm my choice of glue for fastening rare earth magnets to wood. I was considering CA glue, but didn’t thing the bond would last. I just about settled on epoxy when I saw your video. Thanks for this tip & the others you presented.

Hi Gary. I love this plan. I've been upgrading my 40 yr old craftsman bandsaw (installed carter guides and new tires) and now would like to build a new table that has a fence and standard miter slots for a miter gauge and a thin stock rip guide (with bearing) as my saw has only one miter slot and it is undersized. My question for you is what was the size you cut the slot for the incra miter gauge and could you put another one perpendicular to serve as a cross cut miter slot? Thanks, Liz

I have a similar set up (T3650) and am changing it. After 2 yrs, the extra weight of the router on the wing is causing the table to list. wood deck floor makes extra legs not the best option. While I like having the router in the wing, the sagging saw deck is annoying and has to be fixed. Throws off the fence calibration just a little bit. A trim size router would be ok, not cause the whole deck to list. I will be going back to the independent table for my big router and just keep the assembly for the trimmer size device.

BTW that wider area on the mitre slot is to keep your jig from flipping off of your tool if too much weight is put on the outer edge of the jig. Its a t track.

Nice job. I'm a little concerned about mounting the heavy table to the underside of the fence. Any problems with deforming the tracks?

Thanks for watching! I have not experienced any sag in the rails. It was a concern. I used a straight edge to check it. It holds up well. But I don't do any heavy work on my router table. Not making furniture. Thanks! 👍

I really like this idea especially the short hose. Due to the rotating air inside the can I think the exhaust hole would need to be in the center of the lid where there is the least amount of chips due to centrepital force. Then attach a filter over the exhaust hole to catch fine dust.

Thank you gary for doing this video. It helped me set up my quick change adapter that came from Bosch with no instructions. I guessed it right but the centering was something I did not do first. Likely saved me from screwing up some material.

@8:56 When you slide the new spring and square nut back in, the nut fits nicely in place.. On mine the original spring seems to be longer and no matter what I try, I can't get the square nut to fit.. I've ordered a new spring and I am hoping that fixes the problem.. Thanks
