But, when it's viewed as an ensemble with the shorts (and socks), it can be elevated. --> Plot twist: The Greece shirt was the inspiration for the Nike template. That's why it works so well. (I just made that up; but, it would be cool if it was true.) --> I prefer the '84 French shirt. The two are sooo similar, but I like the trefoil Adidas logo and the bigger, bolder Coq badge. --> I like the colors and polo of the Belgian shirt. I'll probably end up getting one. (But, I struggle with the Q*bert pattern in the base.)

You got the information slightly wrong about the Boca v River game in 2018. They played the 2-2 game with no issues, it was the return leg at River Plates ground the Boca bus was smashed up and tear gas thrown into the bus, kick off was delayed and they tried to get the game to go ahead, but after a few hours it got announced that it was called off and that the game was get rescheduled for the next day, it ended up just being scrapped and moved to Madrid like 2 weeks later. Another thing too is that the first game at Boca was originally meant to take place the day before it did, but there was heavy rain & storms so fans turned up at the ground before it got announced that the game was being moved to the following day.

I love this kit, a lot more effort has gone into it than the previous two shirts❤

--> You are spot on about the shape of the collar. I don't mind the chunkiness, but the shape is horrible. Also, I saw a version that had the same trim on the sleeve cuffs, and that looked much better. --> I don't mind the YNWA thin stripe. From far away, like when I'm watching on the telly, it just looks like pinstripes. --> Having said that, I don't rate it highly. I'd give it 6 out of 10 for the attempt. For me the mid-90s Adidas and Reebok shirts are stellar. The 88-89 group is awesome.

Best looking *’leaked’* 2024/25 shirt I have yet to see (by far) is the *Rangers FC* new away. I mean, talk about retro, iconic & sheer class all rolled into one. Mind you, their new *’leaked’* home kit is ‘almost’ just as nice, as well. They most definitively being two shirts that I (a modest collector, currently in possession of roughly 170 to 175 shirts at last count about 1 1/2 years ago) am already salivating to get my grubby little mitts on the moment they become available this July & or August too.
