Dairy palace was greasey goodness and majorly worth it. The location is Ben heeler Texas . But it had fresh farmers markets for snacks fruits home made ice cream it was down home delicious. Except for some hotel stays but eating fresh was done at well golden corral uhm its kind of unfair though ihop was good with their philly cheese steak stacker and fries for breakfast but it was for breakfast with tea and 2 lemon slices. While one other morning there was like 80 percent unhealthy and 20 percent healthy.

I’m 26 with testosterone levels of about 330. I’m not overweight but I don’t work out often anymore. I feel like TRT is the only answer since it’s such a big gap between where I am and where I should be. Thoughts or advice?

I actually know many people who eat just meet, people who is vegetarian and people who balance. People who ate more only meet are not longer living…. And people eating a lot of meet is always sick…. Vegetarians are healthy. The best are the balance. 40 years experience and watching closely.

Great question! However, sugar is sugar, no matter the form so even though products are marketed as healthier, it doesn't necessarily make it so. A little here and there in moderation will probably be fine but stay vigilant from all the marketing gimmicks and you will be just fine. -The FFP Team

Dr. Balduzzi, I'm left confused by the enormous amount of different exercise methods. I'm turning 60 this September, and have all the equipment I need to get started. I have a bench, dumbbells, an indoor bicycle, and no plan for reps, sets, and the weight I should start with. I don't want to be a bodybuilder, I want to burn the fat and tone. Currently, I'm 280lbs, my body type is endomorph and I want to know what would be a simple plan of the amount of weight I should use. Should I complete several reps to exhaustion?
