I saw Paul live on his Flowers in the Dirt tour. Where they recorded the Tripping The Live Fantastic album. It was a very Beatles heavy set. His voice was having trouble hitting some notes but he had a cold the night I saw him. They were talking of postponing the concert but they held it, he was only a little off. Still sounded really good. Only member of the Beatles I got to see live. I was only 13 when John was murdered.

I was 18 years old - and there! (I'd actually seen Free a couple of time before). So I got to see Hendrix too - not long before his death. Got too wasted and slept straight through The Doors. I was only at the IoW because I'd been camping in the area, and was on the run from a very angry guy, who's girlfriend I'd slept with. I was completely penniless, but it seemed like a good place to hide.

good vlog, my thing is now my ears are shot and my eyesight is crap, the costs of the tickets, the age of the performers just doesn't float my boat, seeing them in late 70s and 80s, makes you wonder why they carry on, surely a 70 year old man headbanging with a guitar doesnt look good, but each to their own
