Usually, I use scrub daddy sponge with Lime-A-Way spray. It removes calcium buildup, rust and lime.

You should use a blade to scrape off the gunk and stuff off of it like the furnace because I have a glass stove as well I also had the same stuff you use

Yep, I have one! And I also have a plastic scraper ( I am just too afraid to scratch the stovetop with a blade 😀) !

baking soda and vinegar have a chemical reaction( lots of bubbles) Is great for pre treatment of clothes, is also great for removing stains, ( better than bleach) When i hand wash my clothes ( which i still do because im poor as crap ) i use vinegar and baking soda and dawn dish soap . works Great , cloths have no heavy perfume , clothes are clean and fresh for days.
