Actually AJ shouldn't really be a shove preflop in a non PKO. It prefers to play against your dominated Ax and Jx instead of forcing them to fold and be always behind when called. About folding the turn, I am probably calling against a rec... he may shove some random A7 just because "gotta protecc mah top pair!1!". But it's fine to fold, probably close either way.

You can’t expect a7 off to be opening from cutoff, also it makes for an even worse call because As is blocking the front door nut spade draw which is the majority of the bluffs that hero would have
