out to the 100 fathom line and canyons! 50-60 miles, luckily the SeaHunter makes that a quick trip, especially when the conditions are right!

June is usually the best for me down in OC for Yellowfin. It's always a blast, nothing like seeing all the rods go down at the same time!

Couldn't agree more!! Unfortunately we've been off to a rather slow start! Usually everyone is smashing em by this time of year but it's been tough!! Hopefully it starts picking up more soon!

You'd be surprised what you can catch on the flats there all summer despite water temps.... Those big blues have been on the flats since April. Throw top water for real fun!

I wanted to throw topwater so bad! only thing I had was a spook and it was tough to work in the high winds, but well def be keeping an eye on this flat!

A lot to explain in a comment lol but back bays and marsh points are always a good start! I have the best luck with small paddle tails on a light jig head!

Sean was a great guest. I like the part about fishing before all the tech, coming in on a compos and talking about old OC shantytown village. I can't relate to ocean fishing, but reminded me of when I was 14 or 15 years old fishing around Taylors Island MD with my grandfather. Coming in at night on his boat with just a compos and a marine radio (no cell phones or navigation charts). I am running that boat now, but I've made a few upgrades. Not a 60 year old boat, but still in good shape for being 27 years old. Shantytown was a must visit when I was a kid and we would camp at Frontier Town. We would go to the shops and take a head bout out for some ocean fishing.

Yes! I (Taylor) was born and raised here in Ocean City and have seen a lot change in my short 33 years here, we plan on doing an episode in the future diving more into the history of Ocean City and sport fishing! There's so much history that will be a whole episode in itself! Thanks for the feedback glad you enjoyed!

I think it may have touched underneath the bridge unfortunately, and hard to say size, def a biggin id guess at least 36-38" maybe as big as 44" its hard to tell, you never know but those big ones are hard to come by but they're around! I know anything 35" and under wouldn't dog me that fast lol the current wasn't even that strong that night either compared to some nights when it's ripping!

The drone shots really define the mud break. I get bored at work and research a lot of the points closer to OC trying to think of new spots. I like fishing the ledges in the ditch. There are some deep ledges and that current gets ripping up there sometimes.

Man y’all went above and beyond with this one. The drone footage helped a lot. I just moved back from the mountains so I’m trying to learn everything I can about coastal fishing. Would you mind sharing what your rod/reel/line setup is for this? I’m not really sure what would be overkill or not enough. Thanks fellers

Awesome! Thank you! Glad you enjoyed! I use a 7-7'6 Medium rod and 2000-3000 size reel with 10-15lb braid maybe even 20lb no more than that, and anywhere from 10lb to 30lb fluro for leader!

It was cool to to hear Jake's story and how he got into making baits. I follow Freedom on IG and didn't realize the split from Rumble. I will have to pick up some soft plastics once they are online or in local tackle stores again to support local businesses.

Took that extra second to smash the like button. It will be cool to learn about offshore more if you start content videos, considering I know nothing about that. I also, like the idea of content fishing some unexplored new spots, or uncommon OC area fishing spots.
