Hi, this probably won’t be seen, but I’ve a message for mark, im currently on an urgent waiting list to see a surgeon about gallbladder removal, I’m in severe pain every night , I’ve taken every pain killer under the sun, I’ve been like this for months, I’m 30 years old with 3 kids and a partner who has rthumtoid arthritis, by job I’m a support worker for young people, I do night shifts in severe pain, literally severe pain every night for months, I’ve been to my docs more times than I can count, I’ve been to a&e only for them to tell me this won’t speed up a process and send me home with the same pain relief I always get. Nothing is helping I’m afraid to eat. I’m in Derry. I need urgent help, I know there’s a list out there but I’m suffering severe on a daily basis. Thank you so much. I'm 13 months post break, 6 months post second surgery. My insurance denied PT and my ankle hasn't improved much as far as walking goes, but these exercises are making a pretty drastic difference after just a week.

Thanks -glad to find some exercises to help but there´s no timeline. Andy advice??? I fractured my shoulder almost five weeks ago -when can I start each of the different exercises? Started the pendulum movements after about four days but not sure about others.
