It's been a couple years since your last upload but it's worth mentioning that this is a fantastic thesis for a YT channel and if you are ever inspired it'd be great to see what else you make!

Thanks for the review. But I have a question: How do I change spectrum id in 2023? It says at Spectrum "Visit the RSI website to edit your organization settings", so i went to this link, but... Its Alphamode as well? "SPECTRUM ID:" Can't be changed I guess? Or yes it can... How?

Great video about making an Org, myself having a small Org, Strengthen the foundations before building the tower itself, It's what i try to do, not easy task, but at the end, well worth the effort. Thanks for the helpful advice! Thumbs up!

This is probably the best vid on Org building I've seen yet. Good work with just the right amount of detail, but not too much, to give excellent pointers and info. Thanks.

Very amazing video, I'm in the works of making an organization. Was very helpful. I used to run to a Madden League for over 10 + years with coordinating 31 other people. Now granted I do understand this game is on a whole new level but taking the formula of what I did in that league. We started out small and we stuck to the promises we made we did listen to our members and made changes that we felt was best for the league as a whole. My favorite part about running a league was about building a strong community of like-minded people, there's no better accomplishment. I have to agree in order to be successful you do have to find trusted people that are like-minded that can help you out because no one person can do everything by themself and I feel you're stronger in numbers. Right now besides building the organization I am trying to think of a story that would fit our organization for the history

Not sure if you were able to figure it out, but you can only create an org if your current org memberships are set to "affiliate" status. Other things to check are whether or not you have purchased a pledge on the account you're using and that you're logged in.

Great convo guys. I run a small org within Star Citizen and a community that plays all sorts of games. I know the struggles of running events as we use to host a weekly event with Arma. This all being said I am looking to get my guys more involved with events like you all host. Our numbers vary depending on the state of the game, but if any of you would like to have us let me know.

As an org leader, every point made here is gold. I'm glad someone is covering this area of the 'verse.

This is an aspect of star citizen that most content creators barely cover. It's good to see someone really diving into this topic.
@Paul-cu9lu2 жыл бұрын
It's not as dynamic as an open discussion, but it is certainly much cleaner and easy to follow. I can see a place for both types of video going forward. You don't always need everyone in the same room for every topic. Especially since it seemed that most of the org leaders were in agreement already about many of the topics you brought up.

This is really well made and definitely supports the viewpoints I have while running my own medium Org Might also be worth noting that player retention seems to dip and peak correlating to game updates and it's not a sign that your Org is failing. We also initially tried playing pretty much every other day but everyone got burnt out within 2 weeks, we switched to 1 big weekly event and retention is MUCH better
@hmnlmnt3 жыл бұрын
Hi 1st Impact, thanks for the positive feedback. Couldn't agree more about member retention. I know what the burnout is like and I think you've got the best strategy to keep the interest alive at this stage of development. If you'd ever be up for sharing your views in future content let me know. On a side note, as I read your comment, it hit me that the definition of a "top" organisation is completely subjective. I'd sooner play with a medium organisation that has a high % of active and cooperative members than a large organisation that struggles to get a team together, if you catch my drift.

@@hmnlmnt Of course, I've joined your Discord server so we can talk there if you want And absolutely, I'd expect a new player to want to join an Org big enough to run events but not so big that they feel insignificant
