I understand your feeling. I had a lazy eye most of my life I was never ashamed of it but I was always made fun of for it the typical stereotype. I'm 41 back when I was 39 years old. I had eye surgery it changed my life. It's about 80% corrected it still drifts a little bit but not much doctors always told me it wasn't correctable and that I could never wear contacts. Well guess what I found a doctor she corrected it and I'm able to wear contacts. I switch between contacts and glasses I'm so happy for you you look beautiful by the way

It looks like a lamp that might have been originally made for as an oil lamp, but was converted into an electrical lamp!! In fact, I would say that your lamp looks like it is from around 1904 to 1910!! And your lamp looks so beautiful with your gorgeous antique doll all dressed in a black mourning dress!!
