THE 9 TITANS ARE WHAT THEY SIGNIFY FOR US HUMANS This is just a personal theory based on what I understand and things I have read about. In no specific order, let’s go through one by one. Founding Titan: Power- Control. Curse of Subservience Eventhough being the most powerful and all controlling, still chooses to remain enslaved and serving others. Attack Titan: Power- Fate Curse of Freedom Despite being the one seeking freedom for others, isn’t free by itself. Colossal Titan: Power- Size Curse of Meekness Despite being the most powerful, in terms of causing destruction, yet the holder feels sad and feels unworthy of that power to be used in full scale. Armoured Titan: Power- Armour Curse of Defeatism The titan with the strongest shield and defence, yet fails to stand up for its own decisions made. Jaw Titan: Power- Agility Curse of Sacrifice Despite being the fastest and having great agility, it still ends up sacrificing itself for others by giving away its life. This shows how fragile life can be. Beast Titan: Power- Wild Curse of Self-Loathing Symbolising the Animal nature of Humans and Animals alike, the trait of Betrayal. Female Titan: Power- Fight Curse of Giving Up Strong, Skilful, Strategic yet Giving up when one Action turns into Consequence. Giving Up everything and hiding instead of facing the consequences. Cart Titan: Power- Endurance Curse of Resourcefulness You can be really good at something and can be productive for hours and hours, but still be lacking somewhere. And people can easily take advantage of that. War Hammer Titan: Power- Creation Curse of Creativity Creativity, can be both used for creating wonders and at the same time to destroy worlds. A double edged sword (pun intended).

Eren can see the distant future but he can’t see everything. Like he was shocked when zeke got hit with the cannon and when gabi shot off his head. He knows he’s gonna activate the rumbling and not die that’s why he’s been calm all season he just didn’t know how he was gonna get to it.

Name of the first episode in AOT is ''to you, after 2,000 years.'' This episode '' from you, 2000 years ago.'' It’s mean Ymir send a message to Eren in the first episode and now Eren said it’s from you. The detail 👌

The fact that you two got here without knowing about the oath of war renunciation, something fundamental to the entire plot that was explained and mentioned several times, shows how much you paid attention and understand the story.

it's almost like there's a LOT going on in the story at any given moment in time and that it may be easy to miss one or two things, even if they seem essential to the plot... at least they're actually enjoying the story dude.

0:57 "I don't understand how they can touch each other." they can't. They're shown as touching due to the godlike power of artistic license. I mean, it does look better! 6:02 "We must suffer for our sins." No. That just started about 100 years ago when King Fritz turned pacifist, moved some of the Eldians to Paradis and built the walls. Somehow*, he got Ymir to allow him to control anybody of royal blood who had the founding titan. You can tell when Fritz takes over, their eyes change. 8:03 Ymir dies because she doesn't want to live anymore. You have to WANT to regenerate for it to work. (or be unconscious. We've seen that happen.)

Eren spoiled himself of the future (and past) since the end of S3 so he pretty much had an idea of where the story will go from then. His only motivation now is to end racism by deleting every other race and then some.

The creature that gave ymir titan power is the shining Centipede. According to Norse mythology, the centipede is the arcane liquid “eitr”, the source of life, Ymir, the progenitor of the giant-like beings known as the jötnar, is claimed to have originated from this substance. The Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish descendants of the word “eitr” refer to poison/venom, mirroring the toxic impact of Titan warfare. According to the same mythos, the centipede is Nidhogg, a serpentine beast that represents chaos and suffering. This entity is found in Hvergelmir, a boiling spring located at the roots of Yggdrasil, the cosmic world tree that nourishes the nine realms of Midgard, Vanaheim, Utgard, Nidavellir, Hel, Asgard, Muspelheim, Svartalfheim, and Alfheim (the Nine Titans). The Poetic Edda further hints that the Norse apocalypse, Ragnarök, will be instigated by Nidhogg’s destruction of Yggdrasil’s primary root system and subsequent escape. The Shining Centipede reflects the basic beats of Nidhogg’s narrative pattern - it slithers out from under its tree and wreaks eighteen centuries of havoc, before triggering a global hollocaust in the form of the Rumbling. How is this a "plot twist"? It's actually irrelevant for the most part, and shows Grisha was weak - imagine not killing the family that is LITERALLY using the lives of others for human sacrifice to stay in power in their personal "paradise"? wtf???

2:15 Right around here... Eren is standing *behind* Grisha and looking at Zeke. Then he sends *those* memories back to Grisha and, to Grisha, it looks like he's seeing Zeke standing in front of him. And there's no time loop. Everything happened once. 4:11 Zeke doesn't do the euthanasia plan right away because he has, literally, infinite time. So he does what he wants to do first - cure Eren.

The ins and outs of how the power of the Attack Titan work are kinda messy. But in short, Grisha was able to see glimpses of the future from Eren's memories. Grisha saw Zeke through Eren's POV while Zeke and Eren were revisiting the memories, same way how Grisha was able to see himself in 3rd person several times as Eren was looking at him, while traversing the memories. Seems like Kruger did not know about this power exactly, but Grisha was able to figure it out since Eren traversing through the memories made this interaction possible. He received irrefutable proof about it and was able to piece everything together to reach the conclusion about what's going to happen. In the end Eren "told" his father to do it, as in, Grisha saw the memories of Eren doing that. There are a few details that are a bit muddy about Eren being able to send specific memories to the past too that aren't very clear.

The important thing is the attack titan grants its user the ability to see the memories of the future INHERITORS. You can't straight up see the whole scope of future events unless there is another observer (inheritor). The game changer though was when they came into paths to see the past memories throught the founding titan. This is what allowed Eren to communicate with Grisha.
