I'm trying to reach 7500 steps and managed to surpass 6000 the past two days. Problem is it's very hot now and leaving for a walk before sun up is not the wisest thing to do where I live Even so hopefully in a week I can reach 7500. I already feel better. Just a bit sore.

There’s a lot of ‘may’ and ‘might’ and ‘believes to’ in there which is not science. It does nothing but create bruises.

My left hand can not do external shoulder rotation because of stiffness

My shoulder is so stiff that it can hardly move to do internal or external rotation. The w 14:13 hole body moves instead of just the joint. Not sure how to loosen it up.

You can’t blame statins for all of your aches and pains. Rising histamine levels from allergic reactions to various pollen and dust also causes lack of energy and muscular aches and pain.

Thank you Dr. Peng your videos are extremely informative. I have right knee bone on bone condition and have now had my second prp injection there. The first injection gave me about a year and a half of pain relief( about 60 percent). And now I have had a second injection about one month ago which has given me about the same amount of relief. I was told by an ortho. doctor pre PRP injection that my only option was a total right knee replacement. But after viewing your videos on PRP I decided to give these injections a try and I am so glad I did. Again, thank you Dr. Peng.

I hate when somebody tell me to keep moving. They have no sense of my pain. I can barely make it to the bathroom sometimes. Until you know about torn meniscus please stop telling people to get up and walk around when they can barely make it

I was supposed to have lumbar spinal fusion as the pain was so excruciating that in a few hours I couldn't walk unless I was bending at almost 90 degrees of hip flexion using a cane. I had to quit work. I was in tears 24/7 from the pain knowing I couldn't afford surgery without insurance. Well, being an OT, I went with my instincts and healed myself by certain exercises and stretching. Good thing it took almost a year to get on disability or else I would have opted for surgery. That was less than 10 years ago. I'm now 66 and my back is great. Once in a while it gets stiff so I resorrt back to my one favorite exercise and in a few days, I'm as good as gold. That taught me not to be in a rush for surgery, even though the pain was almost unbearable unless I was non mobile in bed. I even put off having my sheltie's front leg from being fused because of bowing. A vet recommended the fusion 7 years ago and fortunately Pippin's leg has not gotten worse even though he's a soccer fiend. I wonder how that knee fusion would have impacted his whole body over time if he didn't have the feedom to move that leg. Now I have a meniscus tear and will hopefully exercise myself back to health! No surgery for me if I can help it.

▶️ The recommended *150 minutes per week is just under 22 minutes per day.* I started with walking 5 minutes at a time and it was tough. In time, I increased to a 20 minute walk per day. Now I do 2-3 20 minute walks per day, sometimes longer. *The key is slowly building up.* Best part: Now my body craves walking! 😉

Why isn't anyone doing human studies with bpc-157? This is bizzare... It's becoming more and more popular and it sounds very promissing for its effectiveness and lack of side effects.

studies are almost useless... Relying on studies to paint a picture of reality is completely air balling, they do not capture reality, not in the slightest! You'd be effectively as blind as a bat if you make decisions based on studies

Dr. Peng you know I trust and adore you, but I did all the things you listed and my knees still needed to be replaced. I must admit that I should have taken care of them in my forties but I was busy raising kids and taking care of a spouse with a chronic condition. The bowing in my knees gave back and hip pain. But… TKR is not the first option and should be the very last resort. I sit here going through a very long complicated 2 surgeries procedure for PJI.

@@loriprihoda8731 A prosthetic joint infection is not a surgery you choose and consequences can be deadly. Please inform yourself if you have an artificial joint. I had both my knees replaced in 2019 and 2020. Surgeries were not easy but I did not have a choice left. No one told me of the possibility of an artificial joint infection, or how to prevent it. I was told that prophylactic antibiotics were only necessary during the first year. My infection was either caused by staph infection I picked up at a strength training class or the byproduct of a covid infection this past February. (First time infection) unfortunately doctors can’t tell me for sure. We carry staph on our skin, inside our nose, belly button or behind our ears. It’s highly infectious and can get into your bloodstream through a very small scratch. Once it coats your implant it has to come out. If you google PJI you will find information on the long and dangerous process that one must endure.
