Real men wear oil slick boots that looked like they been through the mill, mud, dust, because they have whilst using them to work, cis men wear tan boots that look like they’ve just been bought
@RunningCormorant92415 ай бұрын
Real men wear whatever they want, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Now, there are social occasions in which what one wears is relevant, but that only goes to the outcome of the experience one desires from said occasion. And, yes, tan boots (and shoes) are very often beautiful.

Your definition of full top and genuine leather are wrong. Full grain refers to the entire thickness of the hide. Top is literally that, just the top finer less “hairy” grain. And genuine is a catch all term that can mean anything literally. It usually means it’s a poor quality corrected grain

The misaligned chapter ring is an easy fix. There’s a tab on the dial that has been bent from improper case fitment from a hasty watchmaker. The tab, on the dial fits into a groove on the chapter ring that properly locates it. I also have a 6138-3002 that had a similar issue that I was able to resolve. Also, that crystal is a very poor aftermarket one, and is an easy fix, as well locating gaskets to prove its water resistance again. I’ve rebuilt mine to 50m water resistance.

Do you have a link for the crsytal and gasket you used?

Hi I have a chance of buying a watch similar to this one but the lume has gone completely on the hour and minute hand . Do you think it would be worth replacing the hands like you did here or should I Just keep searching. Cans the hands be re/ lumed? I love the orange seconds hand . Sorry for being so late but I’m new to your channel. I really enjoy your delivery. Take care

Thank you for your Visual feast of Glasgow , for I too love Glasgow and thats a bit odd seeing I live Twelve Thousand kilometres away in sunny Sydney Australia where for some unknown reason it is raining at the moment ,must be me thinking about Glasgow so there , A few years ago i went back to Scotland to do the who do the fuck do you think you are only to find out I come from a long line of ne'er do well's that came from Aberdeen , but whilst in Scotland I went to Glasgow where it was raining so i walk from central station down Jamaica street towards the river as usual I had not booked anywhere to stay and I come across the Jury Hotel I go inside and ask '' Wouldn't have spare room would you ? to their reply '' We have but it will cost you a Arm and a Leg , beggars can't be choosers sixth floor corner window fantastic, I believe it has gone down hill since i left even called some other name since then, After a few days I moved on and where did i go but to AYE i arrive at the station in the dark of night leave the station and wander about looking for somewhere to stay, I glance back at the station and notice it was a Hotel I could stay there so I could and I did must have been one of the last to do so ,(I have some photos somewhere ) all in all a most interesting journey would love to come back but I am not sure If they will let me
