At 19:00 mins in, looks like you installed the OO Class 50 profile instead of the TT profile. Not sure what difference this makes.
@D402DDS4 күн бұрын
Yes, I've just checked and I did. I will upload the tt120 sound to one and see if there is any difference.
@D402DDSКүн бұрын
You are right, re downloaded onto one of them today. Only difference I can tell is the speed steps are slightly smoother. Sounds are all the same.

@@D402DDS When watching your video I wondered if the OO profile had the effect of making the TT loco run faster than it would if it had the TT profile.

I had a similar problem fitting a TXS decoder in one of my HST power cars. The blanking plate fit ok but the fit was too tight for a Bluetooth decoder. I ended up sending it back to Hornby for them to replace the PCB. As I want all sound-fitted locos, I'll just buy those from now on. I bought both my 50s sound fitted and it's so much less hassle.

Shame the hoover broke, maybe a fuel line issue or filters. The last time I was in the brake van I didn’t have ear protection. Trying to record the Hoover at full power.

Awsome i wondering if there are light sets for those MK 1 MK 2 And MK 3 and HST 125 Coaches would love to give them working interiour lights special i ghet my first HST 125 for Christmas from my GF In Grand Central Livery

From what I was told, the tour was running out of time due to the point failure and to turn the stock on the triangle would delay other services getting in and out of Plymouth. Personally I like a Duff 😎. Running tender first while pulling an train isn’t allowed on the mainline, unless during a shunt move. My guess the tour company was told No due to safety which is understandable. The A4 did look smart.

Lovely Hoover, though No gearing cover.. thats a bit poor. Typically Hornby. But they do look nice. But to small for me 😂😎.

Very good, I love these old twin tubs. The 24 is one of my most favourite locos and the 25's are up there too.

Disappointing? Not everything goes to plan. OK, I don't like watching diesels, but if there's a steamy like Sir Nigel Gresley on the other end, I don't complain. I stay put and watch, because what's not to love about the iconic LNER A4 steamy?

Apart from the stinky diesel, (wish you'd ended with the Pannier Tank Engine), very nice. I don't mind seeing Mr. Bubblecar.
@wgj48132 ай бұрын
It is such a shame i do not want to see an assisted steam engine but at the beginning full.marks to the diesel driver who seemed to let the steam engine do all the work to an almost slip stall. A steam engine at work is a wonderful sight and sound. A steam engine looking like it's easy is just not the right sound.

Nice shot. Would you be interested the shot being included in a project we are doing? It's called 'Steam Driver's Eye View'.
@Guitar6ty2 ай бұрын
O gauge certainly has presence and your track work looks excellent. I would prefer to do my own weathering using my own method which is to use a childs water colour set but with liquid soap mixed with water. It dries matt finish and can last quite well. An end to end layout would be ideal for O gauge.

Do you fix track directly to base board and then ballast or have you used cork underlay?
@D402DDS2 ай бұрын
Directly. This was only meant to be a cheap project board. My other layouts do have cork
