Thanks for commenting! If you’re just starting out as a realtor, the best way to generate leads is to host open houses. Oftentimes buyers go to open houses with out having an agent, which gives you an opportunity to build a relationship and represent them as their agent. Outside of open houses, you can do cold calls or doorknocking. Both are considered “old school” strategies, but they absolutely work to this day. Hope this helps!!

Yea, rates are very high, currently (7%), which equates to a $6K mortgage for a $950K home...this isn't ideal for a lot of people...However, there are several programs that may help first time homebuyers with down payment assistance that will help make buying a home possible.

The new wave of buyers are millennials and they are priced out of all the well known cities in Southern California…clearly if they could afford to live in Laguna Beach, Newport, etc. They would 100% choose those cities over inland empire. If buying a home in California is what’s best for first time millennial homebuyers, they’ve got to go with what’s affordable.

If the viewers and subscribers aren't high, then your channel will not be nominated for monetization. There are many videos on your channel, but not many viewers have seen them because they are very far in the search rankings. As a result, the audience doesn't find it. If your video is SEO optimized, it will be at the top of the search engine. So, viewers will see SEO in your video, and you will understand the difference.

Overall, cost of living in corona is higher vs. cities OUTSIDE of California. However, home prices are more affordable when compared to cities with California, i.e Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, etc. Hope this helps!
