this is not "bypassing" anything. It's copying an existing fob. Thats like saying I'm bypassing my door lock if I get a new key cut at the store and use that. It's not. Bypassing it would be entering without having access to the original key, and make it accept a custom key of your own, or even better, if you can open the door bypassing the whole reader entirely

Can it be cloned similarly to how people are stealing keyless vehicles?

Although I really appreciate your info on this subject I'll still be using my blocking wallet as I carry my passport AND several ccards when I travel to Europe.... You can never be too careful.

I've just aquired a few of these locks and I'm confused about your suggestion for the way the keys work. I have a single RFID tag that paired with all FIVE Yale RFID locks I've installed on the house. If there is some sort of two-way negotiation going on using those block 16/17 writes, how would it account for the situation where you open Lock A (write to block 16), then open Lock B (write to block 17), then open Lock C (overwrite block 16), then go back to open Lock A - there is now no data from Lock A stored on the RFID, but I can confirm this still works and the tag will open any of the five locks at any time in any sequence. So I think there is a flaw in your understanding of how this works.

Thanks for the video, I think i've watched at least a dozen about pawnagotchi and getting/cracking passwords however what every single one leaves out and I guess its a big mystery or secret...What does the password go to? What good is a password if you dont know the ip address, the mac, webpage, site it belongs?? Really frustrating yeah walk around and gather dozens of passwords but to what?

This may be an interesting tool for Americans, because they always run 30 years behind. But in Europe there's less and less cards that can be cloned. If you're a professional security advisor you don't need this tool to let a company know whether their system is secure. You know this based on the card type they use.
