The 3-position switch on the remote is for the red lights on the back all the way to the left is off middle is on all the way to the right is flashing And the glits problem is the receiver getting wet When you dry it the problem is solved, I put a plastic bag on it myself And that works perfectly and I have no problems now

That's screaming. Especially considering it's on dinky tires. Increase the diameter by an extra half inch(with some body trimming) , and it should be kissing 50 mph. Especially with that super 3S, with it's 120c rating 👍

@triggeredinsaanshorts4512 I took a small chain and put it on the screw that tightens the camera adjustment and attached the other end to the screw on the trim pads. Make sure the chain in NOT long enough to interfere with steering.

Amazing...what is that retractable coin shaped thing? (a true winch?). Have you lowered the body or its stock? What did you use for the panels on the rear frame? Newb here so apologies for the questions.

Yes the body was lowered, the retractable thing is a "janitor" key ring, and about the body panels question... cardboard and hot glue! 🤣 Thanks for watching bud!

I got this exact rig for my daughter. She loves it that she wants it to go faster. I’m not wanting to convert it over to brushless yet I fear it may be a little too much for her. That being said, could this rig run on a 3S battery in its stock configuration?

Honestly, I wouldn't try it. It might run or it could blow up. And to turn it brushless, I would leave it stock with brushed motor. If you want fast, check out the DeeRC I have. It's QUICK! Good luck, thanks for watching, and cheers!

@@huntemup72 i got her this because deerc has put a bad taste in our mouths. I picked her up the 9310 brushed, as well as the 9310 brushless in there plenty fast, but the plastic is absolute garbage and on both models we broke the upper control arm mount that is also part of the gearbox. I don’t wanna risk ruining anything just for some speed.

What u think of the stock tx is the lag as bad as it seems on most these mjx rigs? Ill probably ditch the stock radio without even putting batteries in it and just use a rx for my controller but was wondering if the lag is really as bad as some these videos of all these make. It out to be ?

There is a little delay, but it isn't a $1000 track car either. It dosent bother me, and I seem to have decent air control as well.

Just ordered 1 of these then had the after thought that 56mm and 58mm tires are hard to comeby i wanna try some of the Tamiya mclass tires the 60d radials to be specific but if stocks hold up long term throttle happy hooning prob be a bit cheaper to try to stock up on the tires for it and the lancia version

How do you get the rear box apart? I removed all the screws but it won't budge. The front was easy, but that back one seems to be glued/welded.

I have 2 small boats similar to this one..mine are are both 17 " from bow to back of rudders..mad some tweaks..both are very fast..my vector s is over 30 mph on a cheap 10 year old zippy 1000 30c 4s pack ..stock esc handles it

@@huntemup72 not sure about your boat esc..best to make sure everything is cool on 3s..also the next size diameter prop. Should add performance..also quality cnc props make a big difference...i always tweak cg,strut angles and try a few props before i add more voltage...good luck!

I’m having the same trouble with mine. I ordered the metal diffs hopefully fixes the problem. I only ran it twice before they went bad. Like your videos.

It's a fun truck. If you order the metal diffs, double check the bearing diameter. I have heard that the newer vehicles have a bigger O.D. on the bearings. Thanks for watching and cheers!
