When you asked the guy about security - I was expecting specifics regarding whether or not this is in a security estate, with 24-hour guarding at the gates and patrolling security within the "estate"... Is it situated within an estate / gated community? South Africans are only interested in security estates nowadays.

It’s not an estate - It’s a standalone home. In terms of security there’s armed security patrolling.

Nice presentation. Just one advice, would have been nice to show us how the final house will look like. Quite a nice structure for a house. Definitely would include that barbecue area and an extra tv room.
