May not be popular opinion, but I don’t think ANY arms were off limits according to the founding fathers. I don’t even think “bearable” was necessarily meant to mean that it must be manageable to physically be picked up, but brought to bear. Like a cannon or any equipment deemed necessary for defense.

Joel, decided this was the perfect way to finish my time in California. Wish I had time to take one of your courses and continue my tailing in security. While my time living in the jewel of the hills San Diego hasn't been bad it's bittersweet knowing im only a short drive away from having my right to lawfully own all legal firearms again. Great channel and great work and I will continue to listen in even though I'll be on the other side of the planet.

Good video. Luckily I'm only 79. I found that a Shield 9mm is harder to rack than a M&P. They do make a Shield E-z, but I got some anti-slip tape and now I can rack the little one. And my revolvers are Ruger Blackhawks and I have arthritic hands, but I have been shooting for a long time so I can make it work. Now using a 12 gauge is a different story. And an AR is neither light nor not complicated. But the best thing I recommend is to take a training course. I did until I had trouble with bad knees, but I learned enough that I can continue shooting at home, but I live in the country.

My best advice is to vote with your feet and get out of California while you still can. The 2A doesn't exist there. They will JAIL YOU for no reason at all ! I understand that you want to fight but realistically how many life times do you have ? They will only understand when you vacate.

We rarely carry our .22lr model, but the firearm is another option...in a Hollywood style gunfight we lose, quickly...in an 'onion field', we might walk away...Paul Harrell noted 5 in your pocket always beats the 6-15 left in the car or house...the ease of carry should not be discounted, the tactical surprise if pulled at the last moment shouldn't be dismissed, either...

I have a crate of these bought them from jgsales back in the day. I made a mistake and sold a few but I won’t sell anymore. They ARE potent. The 7.62X54R is a beast. Like you sad, very dependable, and once you get all of that cosmoline out they are great! Good video!

Buy a reflex site with requires no batteries and install an illuminator that does require a battery. Stick with the polarizer that also requires no batteries. Maybe get the illuminator when the Tritium wears out.

I think this was unnecessary and foolish. He scared parents, tied up 5 officers, and if they sped to get there, put them at risk of an accident. I don’t understand why you would carry this type of pistol in public.

SCOTUS does have a seldom used tool. Summery Reversal. That's where the SCOTUS takes a case and reverses the decision without even an opinion or hearing arguments. Think of it as SCOTUS chewing out a lower court and telling them they got the case 100% wrong. At that point the case is done and the side that lost at the lower court now wins the case.
