Accord v6 is a joke 😅

I really miss my Accords sometimes. I’ve got an Infiniti now, but for the last decade + I’ve had a new Accord every few years and always whatever “performance” model was offered. I had an 06 3.0/6MT, then a 2011 3.5/6MT, then a 2015 3.5/6MT and lastly a 2020 2.0T/10A. All great cars that ran crazy well for what they were with just some bolt-ons and each one faster than the next. The 10 speed 2.0T Sport I had was a different animal all together, and if they had continued to offer that drivetrain in the 11G Accord I would still have one now, but they only offer very modest 1.5T and hybrid power models these days so I looked elsewhere. First at the TLX but once I test drove the Q50 and looked at the numbers the Infiniti made the most sense for me, though a TLX-S would be a very close second. I think the Acura looks better, but the Q offers more performance potential for the dollar.

I mean, it’s a gen 2 Coyote with less hp. Race a gen 3 and it will be a different outcome.

bro these accords are sleeper af. mine has basically the same mods except stock clutch and flywheel and i kept up with my boy’s 400whp+ stinger GT. people underestimate how quick these things are lollllll

BUT... what's even more rare finding one with the hfp Honda Factory performance package I got the 7th gen 04 V6 6 speed manual coupe with the very very very rare hfp Honda Factory performance package that comes with the front lpt rear lip side skirts spoiler bigger Wheels bigger brake package leather/heated seats strut bars sway bars every single option they came with only 60,000 original miles to I'm the original owner and mines full bolt on j37 intake manifold and throttle body custom 4in cold air intake rv6 V3 J pipe Cat-Back exhaust rv-6 pre cat deletes p2r ported and Polished lower intake Runners and intake manifold spacer cams built head stage 2 clutch lighter flywheel Dyno Tuned on hondata I got plenty of videos running with the exact same body style 5.0 Mustang SRT Challengers and Chargers older Mustangs Camaros of multiple Generations 350Z HR 370Z G35 G37S 3.8 Genesis the list goes on..... the Accords definitely underrated and if you can find the six-speed V6 ones you're lucky but if you can find the V6 6-speed Coupes with the hfp package even more rare they only made 500 of them I was never a fan of these Accords until I seen what they look like with the hfp package but my baby is my track car though is my 95 Civic Coupe that fully built K24 block K20 had nothing but two seats gutted and a roll cage

Ok, I'm a V6 Accord self-proclaimed fanboy. But how is this Accord not falling very far behind a 5.0 Mustang? That Mustang obviously won, but it should have been pulling away much harder, instead of slowly passing. Was the driver in the wrong gear or something? That being said, someone PLEASE twin turbo a 6-6 Accord to make the ultimate sleeper...

I've got a 2015 6-6 and I put it on these 5.7 L hemis on the regular. These accords are the exact definition of a sleeper.
