I have a genuine question - this joker is told to get a job in one of his videos and his response is that he is working, can’t he then be done for breach of GDPR? I may have got that wrong but it would be great if they could put a stop to these guys. Appears to be a registered business and earning revenue from the video, so trying to understand. I'd imagine that by now all main dealers will have been briefed on these auditors and staff will have been told how to react so the negative reaction videos will start to reduce very quickly. The big independents will still throw up some action though, i'm sure.

Fail from the beginning. I saw a sign that said no public admittance, staff only. You didn’t apologise as you said you would. That manager was very professional, courteous and very fair. You were rude, antagonistic and not welcome. When you’re asked to leave, LEAVE !,

That manager asked you politely to leave so many times I lost count, and yet you wouldn't. He was so patient with you it was unreal and you forced him to have to call the police in the end because you wouldn't leave. I've reported you to KZfaq for wasting public resources and the lives of honest working people. I doubt they will do anything because its all "content" Never the less, disgusting and shame on you!

I spent 15 years working in main dealers in various capacities. It's refreshing to see a salesperson thats genuine - especially when he knows he's being recorded! Its nice to see dealers are moving away from suits and ties and going for a more casual look. Back in my day, i'd have been in a disciplinary for calling a client "mate", but this guy does it and it feels natural and warm. Nice work Callum - you'll make a good sales manager soon..

I think the manager at the car firm had a fair point. I think you need to find a more engaging way to ‘interview’ the people who end up in your videos. Failing that, go get yourself a job that suits your competence levels.
