at day 18, lockdown... I cant find any information in the manual what to do with the ovation EX 28 to increase the humidity. Should you manually fill the hatcher with water or should you just increase the % in settings and the pump will do that job? The hatchers ive used before, you just added water in an extra area. A area for 1-18 and +B for day 19-21. Increasing the area of water alot. Thanks

Thanks. Good details. Though per the instructions the turning / indicates that turning is turned on, no the humidity. If turning is switched off, it will show a 0. I just got mine and haven't played with it enough to know that it is true. Either you are right, or the instructions are right.

I agree with other comments - I really appreciate that this video is a straight take with no edits, so I can see exactly all the steps he took. I think every other video I’ve watched either cuts out segments of the video - so I’m not exactly sure what was done - or spends a bunch of time on things other than making the coffee. in the first part if steaming milk you dive pipe only 1-2cm under milk line, at the and at finish within 10-15 seconds before stop you dive it deeper close to bottom of can and put it in an angle and let it form a vortex for last 15 seconds.

Thanks buddy. Your video was a big help. When I first opened the box, I was worried they sent me a used unit based on the appearance of the interior cardboard and loose literature inside. Same with bits and pieces of cardboard and what not inside the unit.. Mine was exactly the same. I’ll go check out your other video on the operation of this unit.

i have leatherman surge black oxide that didn't last to me one time i used it to hit the nail and it broke, the black oxide is brittle than the white or stainless steel surge, i used leatherman for 15 years i suggest much better the stainless than black oxide
