Rice is a great player, but he doesn't have alot of goals in his game for a CM. He's not like Lampard or Scholes from back in the day. Maybe £40m should be his pricetag.

If they pay 100M for Declan Rice, i will certainly believe i can be CEO at a premier league club, 30M at best and i dont think Bayern would remotely be interested, they dont pay huge amounts like that, an insider is spreading fake news to jack up the price, the scouts need to earn their money like the Brighton scouts, they should have the capability of a spotting 20-25 year old gems in leagues across the world instead of the club just buying overhyped players, what will Jude bellingham whose had a better season than him cost £150M???
